Fairview is a village in the Belmont and Guernsey counties in the U.S. state of Ohio. It is part of the Wheeling, West Virginia Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 83 as of the 2010 census.
As of the 2000 census,[3] there were 81 people, 26 households, and 21 families residing in the village. The population density was 190.8 people per square mile (74.5/km2). There were 35 housing units at an average density of 82.4 per square mile (32.2/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 100% White.
