According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.67 square miles (1.74Â km2), of which 0.66 square miles (1.71Â km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03Â km2) is water.[9]
As of the census[3] of 2010, there were 899 people, 364 households, and 266 families living in the village. The population density was 1,362.1 inhabitants per square mile (525.9/km2). There were 428 housing units at an average density of 648.5 per square mile (250.4/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 96.3% White, 0.8% African American, 0.2% from other races, and 2.7% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.3% of the population.
